Learn to Swim (Swim Lessons)

Ages 4-Adult

Our Learn to Swim Program is taught by American Red Cross certified Water Safety Instructors.  This life-long skill is extremely important for children and adults alike in our coastal community.  Private and semi-private lessons are taught year round by appointment with a variety of group lessons offered each summer.  Beginners learn the fundamentals of water safety while intermediate swimmers build their endurance and enhance their technique for fitness swimming and club teams.

Carpinteria Community PoolThe Carpinteria Community Pool is a great place to meet new friends while improving your health.  Swimming is an excellent form of exercise for all skill levels and ages.  It promotes cardiovascular strength and muscle tone.  Children tend to be more alert and focused in school.  Joining the swim club, Masters Program or participating in other ocean recreation programs can become a fun and rewarding social activity as well.

For more information or to schedule lessons, contact the pool.  Carppool@verizon.net  (805) 566-2417.
